Selling Your Gear Through Klix
1. What "Assisted Selling" options do your offer?
Option A: Full-Service Consignment
For sellers who want a completely hands-off experience.
- Go to Assisted Selling > Choose "Full-Service"
- Fill out the form (model, condition, preferred price, photos optional)
- Klix reviews and schedules a pickup or drop-off
- We handle testing, pricing, listing, and marketing
- After a successful sale and buyer confirmation, we send your payout (minus flat fee)
✅ Ideal for gear priced above ₱20,000
✅ No need to deal with buyers or delivery yourself
Option B: Self-Serve (for gear under ₱20,000)
If you're selling lower-priced gear and want to keep it with you.
- Go to Assisted Selling > Choose "Self-Serve"
- Register as a seller
- Create a listing with title, price, condition, and delivery commitment
- Your item shows up on our Used Gear page with a badge: “Direct from Seller”
- When someone orders, you ship the item
- Klix releases payment after the buyer confirms everything is in order

Option C: Direct Buy (AVAILABLE SOON)
Need cash fast? We'll buy your gear outright.
- Go to Sell Your Gear > Direct Buy
- Fill out the form with model, condition, and upload clear photos or videos
- We review and, if approved, send a cash offer
- Schedule a pickup or drop the gear off
- Once inspected and accepted, we pay you on the spot

2. How does the process work?
Send us clear photos of all sides of your gear, plus a quick 30-second video showing that it works. Once we receive them, we’ll assess your gear before we decide if we can sell it for you.
To help it sell faster, we recommend pricing slightly below the current market rate.
If accepted, we’ll handle everything — pickup (Metro Manila only), testing, posting, delivery, and all buyer negotiations.
3. How do I get paid?
You get paid after we successfully sell your gear. We’ll deduct a flat fee based on your gear’s value.
Pricing is determined based on unit condition, market demand, and current resale prices. Once sold, payouts are sent via bank transfer, GCash, GoTyme, or a mix (if the amount exceeds ₱50,000).
4. What happens if my gear doesn’t sell?
If you're on Full Service, we’ll keep your gear safely in our inventory for up to 30 days. If it doesn’t sell within that time, you can choose to:
- Pick it up yourself
- Have it delivered back to you (shipping at your expense)
- Or leave it with us longer until it gets sold
If you're on Self Service, you hold on to your gear and we’ll list it on our site. Once it sells, you’ll be responsible for shipping or coordinating delivery to the buyer. Just make sure to keep your listing updated.
5. Is my gear safe with you?
Yes. If you choose Full Service, your gear stays in our office until sold. We handle all storage and security while it's with us.
6. Can you buy my gear instead of consigning it?
Yes. You can apply to sell your gear directly to us. It will go through a screening process to check condition and demand. If approved, we’ll make you an offer.
7. What are your payment and delivery options for buyers?
For buyers, we accept GCash, bank transfers, and GoTyme. For amounts above ₱50,000, we may use a mix of payment methods.
Deliveries within Metro Manila are free and done by our in-house rider. Outside Metro Manila, we ship via LBC with Cash on Pickup (COP) as an option.
You can also drop by our office to pick up your order. Please bring a copy of your order confirmation sent to your email address.
8. What type of gear do you accept?
We mostly accept working mirrorless or DSLR cameras and lenses in good cosmetic and technical condition. Gear must pass our internal assessment before we agree to list it.
If it’s too old or not fully functional, we likely won’t accept it. We reserve the right to refuse any offer for whatever reason. Please be 100% honest when describing your gear.
9. What are your fees?
Our fees are mostly flat rates based on the value of your gear. These are deducted from the final selling price:
Self Service:
- ₱9,000 and below: Free for now, ₱500 (Regular Rate)
- ₱10,000–₱20,000: Free for now, ₱1,000 (Regular Rate)
- ₱21,000–₱25,000: Free for now, ₱1,500 (Regular Rate)
- ₱26,000–₱50,000: Free for now, ₱2,000 (Regular Rate)
- ₱51,000–₱75,000: ₱2,500 flat
- ₱76,000–₱100,000: ₱3,000 flat
- ₱101,000 and above: 3.25% commission
Full-Service:
- ₱15,000–₱19,000: ₱2,000 flat
- ₱20,000-₱50,000: ₱3,000 flat
- ₱51,000–₱100,000: ₱4,500 flat
- ₱101,000 and above: 5% commission
